Founding of The Butchers Block Farm & Deli
At The Butchers Block Farm & Deli, we pride ourselves on sourcing the finest cuts of meat and produce from local farms and businesses. Our commitment to quality ensures that every product we offer is fresh and sustainably raised.
The Butchers Block was founded in 2013 by Anthony himself. Over the years The Butchers Block has exceeded his expectation, this has now given us the opportunity to expand into a growing Butchers Block Farm & Deli Shop.

Anthony
Anthony is the proud owner of the butchers block farm & deli shop. Anthony first began his journey as a butcher at the young age of 12 as a saturday lad on the market, he then founded the butchers block in 2013 all on his own, over the years the butchers block has exceeded his expectations, which gave the butchers block the opportunity to expand into a farm and deli shop aswell as a butchers. Anthony is and has always been extremely hardworking and creative to make your experience at the butchers block farm & deli shop the best it possibly can be! The Butchers
Nick, Adam, Gary and Craig are all fully qualified Butchers who take pride in providing our customers with exceptional cut above quality meats.
- If you’ve ever stopped by our shop, chances are you’ve been greeted with a big smile and helping hand from Nick. Nick has been in the butchery trade since the age of 13…with over 40 years experience in butchery. Nick is a massive part of the butchers block family. With a wide range of knowledge in butchery and always welcoming to customers, nick is always here to help.
- Adam has gained over 15 years experience within the butchery. He is always working hard and being an excellent team player. Adam is always ready to jump in wherever needed—whether it’s expertly preparing cuts, keeping the shop running smoothly, or helping customers find exactly what they’re looking for.
- Gary has over 20 years experience within butchery and retail, he always has an excellent motivational mindset, from preparing meat to assisting our customers with anything they desire. Gary is always here to help at the Butchers Block Farm & Deli Shop.
- Craig has been working in the butchery trade for 20 years. Craig is a valued member of our butchery team! He is passionate about good food and great customer experiences. Craig has a flair for creativity, creating a favourite of our customers, the breakfast doughnuts and delicious chicken parcels!
